Whether you are an experienced yogi(ni) or an absolute beginner, I can help you deal with issues that bother you physically, mentally and emotionally as we want to learn how to choose strength and resilience in difficult times. We will work together to develop an individual empowerment therapy program tailored to the individual and special person that you are.

I am a medically trained and experienced Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with credentials from the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I use all the tools of yoga and I work one-on-one because each body and each mind is unique and deserves a service tailor-made just for you. Therefore, I will only focus on your very special needs to recover a healthier body and a peaceful mind.
